Responsibilities
- Write, design, manage and update marketing collateral including (but not limited to) design briefs for the designer, articles, EDMs, website, e-marketplace banners, and social media captions.
- Plan the monthly social media content calendar and create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to achieve marketing objectives.
- Manage the company’s social media profiles and digital presence, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, and other channels deemed relevant.
- Act as the day-to-day liaison to execute social media marketing organic, paid media plans and run regular social promotions and campaigns.
- Plan marketing strategy and implement actions to achieve marketing objectives, engage target buyers, and support overall business development.
- Identify relevant KOL and support in KOL seeding campaign.
- Ensure consistent branding, marketing messaging and communications.
- Track, measure and analyse all initiatives to report on marketing ROI and ROAS.
- Develop creative promotional materials (image & video) for different marketing platforms either with the designer or independently.
- Review and optimize the content of all offline/online assets.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
Competencies
- At least a Diploma in Business, Marketing or relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing in social media management and/or content marketing gained from a consumer brand, eCommerce provider or digital marketing agency.
- Experience in creating content for social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.
- Outstanding communication skills, and the ability to produce excellent copywriting.
- Other preferable skills: photography, videography, Adobe Creative Suite, demand generation, inbound marketing, blogging, HTML and CSS.
- Ability to easily transition from high-level thinking to detailed creative execution and the ability to dive into the details.
- Experience in creating, reporting, and optimizing KPIs and tracking metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns and events in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A keen interest in men and women’s health, fitness, and wellness.
