We are looking for a Sales Operations intern to join our team. As a Sales Operations Intern, you will work closely with our sales team to support a range of activities and have exposure to a wide range of topics across the business.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales teams with customer relationships and order management.

  • Assist in developing and optimizing sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and sales operations workflows.

  • Assist in tracking and analyzing sales data, such as revenue, pipeline, and customer behavior, to provide insights that help the sales team make informed decisions.

  • Help develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data analysis tools to help the sales team monitor their performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Conduct research and analysis to help identify areas of improvement in the current sales process and suggest solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Assist in managing and maintaining the company's CRM system (such as Salesforce), including data entry, data cleansing, and reporting.

 

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Prior internship experience in sales, marketing, or related field is a plus.

  • Knowledge of CRM systems (such as Salesforce) is a plus.
