- Final settlement (LP / DP Independent Surveyor)
- Penalty clause and calculation
- Study past shipment files
Stage 1 (TT shipment)
- Learn to prepare Shipping Instruction
- Learn to prepare draft docs based on the contract (for TT shipment)
- Learn to prepare insurance certificate
- Lisiae with supplier on the Certificate Of Origin (COO), Ocean Billing of Lading (OBL) amendment / issuance
- Follow up with buyers / finance on the payment
- Update invoice details / chemical results / payment details in Trade records
- Learn to prepare Final Invoice based on different final settlement
- Learn to prepare sales summary
- Learn to verify the import docs are in order
- Ensure all the necessary information / documents are recorded and saved properly in T drive
Stage 2 (LC shipment)
- Learn to see the LC requirement
- Check and confirm LC is workable before shipment and request LC amendment when necessary
- Learn to prepare Shipping Instruction as per LC requirements
- To prepare LC documents accurately and present in a timely manner in accordance to LC
- Prepare bank forms for bank submission and get authorized signatures
- Liaise with bank on the export docs status / any discrepancy / courier details
