Job Description

Job Scope:

As a Customer Support Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Technical Consulting.

 

SCOPE OF WORK

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Conduct internal testing of the product and products to identify any network security issues and other vulnerabilities.

* Developing and updating marketing materials

* Handling walk-in customers, also attend corporate customers and assist in corporate meetings

* Preparing proposal and presentation materials for pitches to potential clients

* Assisting in drafting quotations based on customer requirements

* Provide technical support to the customers mainly mainly through online, over the phone and in-house.

* Repairing of electronic devices in house

 

Requirements:

•Students majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology.

•Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

•Possess strong organisational skills, a keen desire to learn and ability to prioritise in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

•Able to work independently
