OVERVIEW
As a Technical Support Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Technical Consulting.
SCOPE OF WORK
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
•Conduct internal testing of the product and products to identify any network security issues and other vulnerabilities.* Developing and updating marketing materials* Preparing proposal and presentation materials for pitches to potential clients* Assisting in drafting quotations based on customer requirements* Provide technical support to the customers mainly mainly through online, over the phone and in-house.
REQUIREMENTS
•Students majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology.•Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills•Possess strong organisational skills, a keen desire to learn and ability to prioritise in a challenging, fast-paced environment.•Able to work independently.
