Job Description

Job Summary

Omni Digital is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Finance Assistant/Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of financial tasks, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounts receivable.This is a remote position requiring 2-3 hours per week with flexible working hours (evenings and weekends are fine). This will be a long-term arrangement.

Needs to have at least 3-5 years of accounting experience.

Willing to pay for an intelligent and responsible individual.

Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping:

  • Accurately and efficiently key in receipts and other financial transactions into Quickbooks.

Financial Reporting:

  • Generate monthly financial reports, including revenue, costs, accounts receivables, and cash flow statements.
  • Analyze financial performance trends and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare financial reports for tax submissions (optional).

Accounts Receivable:

  • Send out email reminders to clients regarding outstanding invoices.
  • Track and follow up on overdue payments.

Other Duties:

Assist with other financial tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and proactively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
