Omnistream is looking for a business operations intern to work with the global operations management lead to help with product onboarding for our clients. You will be involved with the design, training and project implementation. You will be able to learn more about business development and operations in a company, as well as client liaison.
Business Operations Intern:
- Design process and training materials for product onboarding
- Conduct trainings and liaise with clients on the product management process
- Ensure smooth running of operations and proper onboarding of clients
- Handle training queries from clients
- Work with the operations lead on operations management
Participants may work from home but will need to attend/ hold training workshops for clients on-site when necessary.
