• Assist marketing team with design planning, layout, and onsite checklists
• Collaborate with Marketing team to develop project proposal
• Receive feedback from the collaborative departments and make necessary changes
• Complete tasks according to the deadlines
• Assemble meeting materials for printing as needed
· Assist on design, drawings, quotation, and project management
· Decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
· Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or other design programs
·Communication and presentation skills
. Project management skills
• Basic knowledge on interior design/architecture to help on relevant research.
• Basic knowledge of interior design, space planning, concept presentation, colours, and
materials.
• Ability to identify defects & quality of works
• Ability to help to identify shortfall in implementation
• Ability to diagnose and recommend proper practices in MEP works
• Good to have mechanical, electrical & plumbing knowledge
