* Install and configure licensed software and hardware
* Set up accounts and workstations
* Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
* Troubleshoot issues and outages
* Ensure security through access controls, backups (systems & applications) and firewalls
* Upgrade systems with new releases and models
* Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
* Build and maintain internal technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
* Understanding of online application systems eg CRM, Membership, Loyalty Program and website (WordPress).
* Liaise with such service providers on upgrades, maintenance and troubleshooting
* Loading with service providers on application systems and troubleshooting unforeseen issues such as IT downtime
