Computer science major or any IT-related disciplines preferred
- Install and configure licenced software and hardware
- Set up accounts and workstations
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
- Troubleshoot issues and outages
- Ensure security through access controls, backups (systems & applications) and firewalls
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models
- Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
- Build and maintain internal technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
- Understanding of online application systems eg CRM, Membership, Loyalty Program and website (WordPress).
- Liaise with such service providers on upgrades, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Responsible for managing, troubleshooting, licensing and updating hardware and software assets.
- Loading with service providers on application systems and troubleshooting unforeseen issues such as IT downtime.
