One Degree Alliance – Digital Marketing and Social Media Associate

About The Opportunity

We're looking for a hard-working, proactive and passionate candidate to join us as a Digital Marketing and Social Media Associate. 

You will working closely with a team specialized in serving the women market under our subsidiary - Women Enrich Network. As a digital marketing associate, you will be instrumental in building up our follower base to establish the Women Enrich Network brand in the social media space.

You will be responsible for:

• Content creation – regularly write new articles on financial and lifestyle topics to add value to our reader base
• Manage content distribution – schedule and co-ordinate the distribution of new content effectively across digital channels; our website, Facebook, Linkedin etc
• Amplifying our message on social channels – run social media campaigns to post traffic and viewership.
• Nurture subscriber base and engagement - Draft, manage and send email newsletters to connect with and engage our subscribers

About You

Your passion for digital marketing will be the key to your success in this role.

Who we are looking for is someone with:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, and takes initiative in proposing topics and ideas
• Independent and well organised
• Knowledge in usage of marketing platforms including WordPress or email marketing platforms and social media platforms or tech savvy enough to pick up things quickly
• Keen interest or knowledge of finance topics
• Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, Finance or any other business related field will be a plus.
