Job Description

To handle the primary customer and end-user interactions on IT support and developments.

To manage and conduct the meetings, presentations and interactions with all existing and new customers.

To manage the customer expectations adhering to the SLA.

To assist on testing and handling the regular IT support activities.

To manage the existing software solutions and apps.

To work with project manager on on-going projects.

Co-ordinate on IT deliveries with Project Manager and IT development team.

Willing to learn on software technologies.

To provide the regular reporting to the management.
