3 - 4 Month Admin assistant (Sep to Nov 2024)
Location: Bendemeer
Salary: $10/hr
Working hours and days: 5days 9am to 6pm
Skills: Microsoft Excel/Powerpoint, English Speaking.
Scope:
- Take phone calls.
- Receive guests and prepare beverages.
- Arrange mails and courier services.
- Keep track of office stationary and pantry supplies.
- Ensure overall office tidyness and arrange maintenance where required.
- Prepare invoices, handover letters to clients.
- Keep track of suppliers invoices (record invoice details and pass to respective managers for signatures).
- Cut and or laminate brochures.
- Set up meeting room before start of meetings.
- Any other administrative ad hoc tasks as required.
