One More Turn – Media and Business Development Assistant / Executive

We are looking for a Media and Business Development Executive/Assistant, on a contract/freelance basis of 3/6 months, with an option of contract extension. You’ll have flexible working hours - you’ll just need to complete your delegated work for the work week. This position is a role where your focus will be assisting with One More Turn’s business development efforts and upkeeping One More Turn various digital touchpoints, where we will generate leads from/direct leads to. You will report to and work directly with the Media and Business Development Manager of One More Turn.

Requirements

• Must be Singaporean/PR

• Graduated or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in business, marketing, media and communications, or related fields.

• Must possess excellent communication and writing skills

• Great organization and prioritization skills

• Proactive and good team player with effective time management

• B2B/B2C Sales and CRM (Excel and HubSpot) knowledge and/or experience required

• Content Creation (Basic graphic design and photo-editing) and Social Media Analytics/Management skills and/or experience required

• Digital Marketing and SEO skills and/or experience would be highly advantageous – eg Google Analytics, Adwords, Facebook Ads

• No conflict of interest - you must not be working in a production house, media agency, or any other creative outfit that competes directly with One More Turn

• Open to people looking to earn income on the side (eg. on the weekends, during off-days etc.)

• Open to people who are on a full-time hiatus or looking for a career switch

• Open to people looking to transition to a different role in the film and video industry

• Freelancers / Contract workers in the media and advertising industry are most welcomed

Softwares required for this role:

• CRM softwares (eg. Excel and HubSpot)

• Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator / Photoshop / Lightroom)

• Canva

• Keynote and PowerPoint

• Pages and Word.doc

• Google Workspace

Responsibilities:

• Assist Business Development Manager in identifying partnership and opportunities with media agencies and other organizations/businesses

• Assist Business Development Manager in identifying business/networking sessions and events to attend

• Assist Business Development Manager to source for leads and utilize lead lists and channels provided to you by the team

• Assist Business Development Manager to draft out outreach messages 

• Potential outreach through Email, Calls, Listing platforms, Social Media etc.

• When required, assist in management and scheduling of in-house content

• When required, assist in content creation and management for social media platforms

• When required, assist in upkeeping One More Turn’s other digital touchpoints (Website, Blog, Cococart, Listing platforms etc.)

Remuneration:

• Very flexible working arrangements

• Month-by-month basis

• $S1,000 - S$1,600 depending on qualifications and experience
