Job Description

Responsibilities

·       Able to communicate and advise C-level professionals from MNCs and SMEs (B2B environment)

·       Identify prospects, track and manage pipeline to meet sales targets

·       Perform cold calls, follow up on leads and referrals

·       Ensure individual sales targets are met

·       Identify & sell marketing solutions to businesses to help them connect with their customers/users

·       Identify potential new customers and understand their business challenges so as to develop strong value propositions to help them meet their business objectives

·       Build and maintain current and potential client relationships

·       Address clients’ concerns, perform solution selling in terms of meeting their needs and requirements

·       Maintains accurate records of sales reports

·       Responsible for sales activities including preparation of proposals, presentations, quotations and after sales services

·       Respond to customer issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction

·       Willing to constantly update and upgrade knowledge on marketing solutions

·       Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
