Job Description
About the role
- Source out for new business via canvassing & qualify the leads generated.
- Proactively learn and build up product knowledge – specs, price, characteristics & functions.
- Create & manage the full sales life-cycle - from canvassing to collection of payment.
- Conduct effective presentations to prospects/clients demonstrating professionalism, product competence, & company’s USPs.
- Handle inquires of prospects/clients relevantly understanding their needs - value & consultative selling.
- Follow up on inquiries by sending out proposals & other relevant documentation
- Follow up closely with prospects & continually service existing clients.
- Provide excellent after sales support, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Report sales & prospecting activities timely & ensure targets are met.
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as required.
