Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and general document preparation.
  • Support daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and organization.

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening resumes, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Coordinate and set up interviews with candidates and clients.
  • Communicate professionally with clients regarding recruitment needs and updates.

Marketing Assistance:

  • Contribute to marketing projects, including creating content and conducting market research.
  • Help with online and offline marketing initiatives aimed at business growth.

Project Involvement:

  • Participate in confidential projects, both local and overseas (remote support only).
  • Collaborate on some projects while managing others independently, based on the project requirements.

Learning and Development:

  • Shadow the founder across multiple roles, including entrepreneurship, recruitment, coaching, and business operations.
  • Gain exposure to both Singapore-based and international projects.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma, undergraduate, or degree holder (business or any field).
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Personal Traits: Professional, detail-oriented, able to connect the dots and work independently when needed.
  • Work Environment: Must be able to work in-office and commit to a minimum of 3 months.
