Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Admin duties of Marketing Department – filing, billing, processing of invoice, requisition of stationery
- Drafting of letters, speeches, notices, memos and messages in a modern layout and complying with corporate guidelines (font type, letterhead used).
- Drafting of press releases for club events, media relations and organizing press conferences in a timely manner.
- Managing club merchandise
- Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials
- Assist with planning and execution of club events
- Updating of Club Website
- Assist in marcom projects when assigned
Requirements:
- Able to multi-task and work within tight deadlines with good organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, resourceful and proactive.
