Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Membership department.
  • Maintain a database associated with membership, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Complete all appropriate paperwork and procedures in a timely manner for new, resigned, and absent members, as well as for any membership changes.
  • Duties include, but are not limited to, attending to email communications, handling telephone inquiries, processing membership applications, generating reports, maintaining the database, filing and distributing documentation, and responding to routine correspondences.
  • Ensure effective communication between the club and members.
  • Assist in communicating and coordinating information between the club and the members.
  • Assist with membership events.
  • Prepare membership kits for all new members.
  • Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures
  • Assist other departments and staff members as time permits, and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service will be an added advantage
  • Meticulous and resourceful
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
