Job Description

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming calls and direct them to the desired extension.
  • Provide customer service to guests with enquiries regarding reservations, rates, membership, etc.
  • Provide information to members and guests.
  • Assist with room reservations bookings.
  • Handle daily check-ins and check-outs as and when required.
  • Assist with inventory recording and stock ordering.
  • Ensure service recovery is handled with professionalism.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of work areas.
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Possess good communication skills
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Able to work shifts (weekends/PH)
