You will provide full administrative support to the business development team and to the respective sales in-charge , as well as support management with reporting. You will be responsible for a range of activities to help drive the business forward and help the team to achieve sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity to support the sales efforts of Onestop group and its sister companies.
Key Responsibilities:
● Responsible for providing support surrounding Asana/Salesforce CRM and ensuring data is clean and up to date
● Analysing data from different sources and identifying opportunities in the market and producing reports that identify areas of growth
● Liaise as necessary with IT and Business stakeholders in order to promote Business-IT project success, including analytical projects
● Reporting on sales efforts and supporting the sales team with their data and analytical needs
Requirements:
● Currently enrolled in related sales/marketing course/program in Singapore
● Able to work 9-6pm, Monday- Friday
● Able to manage workload and reach deadlines
● Sound organisational skills
● Ability to collaborate and show initiative
● An eye for detail with the ability to deliver work to a high standard in tight deadlines
● Demonstrable skills in sales, presentation, and proposal writing
● Intermediate-Expert skills in MS tools/ Canva
