Founded through their shared passion for fashion, Delphine Lefay and Diego Dultzin Lacoste launched OnTheList in 2016 with the aim of offering the best shopping experience for everyone in Hong Kong. In September 2018, OnTheList expanded to the shores of Singapore, subsequently to Taipei, Shanghai, Australia and Korea.

OnTheList is a pioneering concept of Members-Only Flash Sales, offering members exclusive access to luxury brands at discounted prices, for a limited number of days. Members are Invited by an e-mailed QR code to a specific location for the 3 or 4-day event.

OnTheList offers brands a sustainable option to clear past season merchandise; turning old inventory into opportunity whilst simultaneously paving an additional channel to a wider consumer market. Working directly with over 300 brands or their official distributors, OnTheList offers its members authentic and quality products with the promise of being the best deal in town.

Job Description

 

Roles & Responsibilities

Operations support

  • Conduct competitive and market analysis of the previous sales performance in term of discount / vouchers / bundles offers applied to improve and optimize the next one
  • Continuously assess and optimize operations processes, procedures, tools, and automatization of recurring reports
  • Monitor KPIs and set-up guidelines to measure the performance and service level of the floor team
  • Prepare weekly team meeting - gathering information from different departments and transferring it to the whole team
  • Support the floor team on Flash Sales event execution when necessary

 

Marketing support

  • Planning & organizing our in-store and online flash sales from planning, liaison with business partners, media and KOLs, promotion plan, content development, ATL/BTL advertising, joint-promotions, on-site management to post-event evaluation
  • Assist in managing day-to-day marketing support and diverse marketing projects
  • Handle and follow up daily customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner

 

Financial report

  • Prepare monthly sales and management reports, evaluate sales trends, and highlight areas of action
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
  • Conduct business, quantitative and qualitative analysis on sales data

 

Corporate business development support

  • Consolidate sales reports and provide clear presentation material to present during meeting with brands
  • Participate to post-sale meetings with brands
  • Data analysis - compute consumer data to provide insightful trends and understand consumer behaviour and preferences

 

Ad-hoc

  • Participate in other projects and ad-hoc requests (e.g. creation of a new platform, implementation of new initiatives on the floor, support other business when necessary)

 

WHAT IT TAKES

  • High-energy self-starter with a relentless, entrepreneurial work ethic
  • Proactive, able to understand the needs of the brands / customers / team
  • Exceptionally organised, with time management and multitasking skills
  • Flexible and able to work across departments, quickly switching between tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on with Excel and Word, ideally with Shopify / Google Analytics
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s degree of one of top leading universities or business schools
