Open Business Solutions Pte Ltd – Business Development Intern (Polytechnic Students)

You will need to: 

1) get samples of all the current documents / paper processes they are currently using
2) Create a workflow diagram documenting their current business processes
3)  Walk the customers thru your proposed workflow, modifying it until they are happy.
4) hand it over to the development team & represent the customer to our internal team
5) hold the customers hands during deployment, sit next to them to show them how things are done if it’s needed.

Job Requirements

• ·Good interpersonal and communication skills to provide Helpdesk level support over phone/ onsite
• ·A good Diploma/ Degree in IT or related field
• ·Fresh graduates / school leavers with good attitude are welcome to apply.
• ·Proficient in English and Mandarin
• ·Able to work well with both frontline and management staff
• ·Good administrative skills, high initiative, independent and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• ·Need to be very comfortable with excel
• ·Knowledge of Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) is a plus
