We are Optimax Global, and in this job description, I will share with you why this internship programme will be different from the others:

1)     Programming is King – We do not engage intern to do photocopies or any other admin jobs. (Boring) Your role is important and we will treat you like a team player so you can gain the valuable experience.

2)     Entrepreneurship – We are founded in 2013 and it has been a tough sailing rides for the founders. As we operate through a lean operation team, a lot of entrepreneurship experiences can be learnt from the founders. Those Dos & Don’ts can be transferred in the process and hopefully this can help you in your next business venture.

3)     Experiencing a start up experience -  Before you start to set up your own start up, it will be good to experience it at your own. This can be a guide if a Start up is suitable for you.

Responsibilities

1)     Website development. Adding new features as business model changes and develop.  Improving customers’ experience while using our website.

2)     Java Software development. Enhancing our current internal software that manages our day-to-day operation.

3)     Database design and development. Enhancing our database to support both software mentioned above.
