We are looking for an intern that will work closely with the APAC Marketing Team to support and deliver planned campaigns and activities.
Key Expectations include the following:
Communications and collateral support
Support the creation and production of online and offline collateral:
- Solicit and follow-up on content contribution for websites, newsletters, blogs, social media posts and any other communication
- Ensure accuracy of content and compliance with brand guidelines
- Provide draft for internal communication
Event and activities
Support planning and execution of events and activities:
- Conduct venue research and logistics planning
- Provide on-site support
- Create post-event report and ensure all post-event materials are shared on Plazza (internal sharing platform)
Operations and others
Provide operational support to marketing team:
- Consolidate regular marketing updates and reports
- Assist in market research as required
- Participate in brainstorming and shadowing as required
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
- Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Self-starter
- Current 2nd /3rd year undergraduate students in Marketing or Business in Singapore preferred
- Preferably able to commit to a full-time min. 6 months internship
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Result driven and interested in being a part of a fast-paced tech environment
- Highly motivated, hardworking and able to function on his/her own
