Orchard Clinic is a new treatment concept offering a unique method that provides high-quality conservative solutions for women’s body recovery after pregnancy and menopause. As a specialised treatment centre for women, we assess and treat common conditions such as incontinence, pelvic floor issues, abdominal separation (diastasis recti) and vaginal laxity.

Job Description

We're looking for Therapists to help us deliver high quality treatment results for women’s body treatments. Our Therapists are highly trained in delivering impactful guest experiences and making authentic conversations to support every mother who begins their postpartum care with us.

Role of Therapists:

  • Provide clients with an excellent experience by performing high quality treatment services
  • Engage and educate clients about common female body conditions through honest, open and caring conversations
  • Understands and embraces the company culture by being a team player, supporting, encouraging and empowering colleagues

Duties of Therapists:

  • Perform treatment services in a highly-skilled manner (training will be provided)
  • Administrative tasks including client scheduling and treatment records
  • Reception duties and handling of inventory, payments and invoicing
  • Customer service and handling of general enquiries through phone calls, social media, emails, referrals, etc
  • Carrying out branch duties to ensure high cleanliness, inventory management and organisation
  • Work closely with Branch Supervisors and Management Team to perform additional projects and assignments as required or requested

What we're looking for:

  • Great work attitude, good team player
  • Willingness to learn, passionate, optimistic and solutions-oriented
  • Excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills with good computer knowledge
  • Customer service experience will be beneficial (e.g. previous roles as Cabin Crew, Customer Service, Retail or Operations)

Work Requirements:

  • 5-day work week to be rostered between Monday to Saturday
  • Experience in customer service, retail or administration
  • Eligibility to work in Singapore
