Office Administrator (Part Time/Paid Internship)
Job Scope:
Provide daily administrative and back-end support for the insurance agency.
Assist Associate Directors with various tasks and processes.
Help create presentations, manage record tracking, and other office-related tasks.
Design certificates and other related materials.
Key Requirements:
Qualifications: Minimum of 'A' Levels or Diploma.
Part Time Work Experience: At least 1 year of administrative or office work experience.
Paid Internship Work Experience: No minimum experience required. Hourly wages will differ depending on amount of work experience.
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to use macOS and Windows computers.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Basic design skills (e.g., certificate design) are a plus.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.
Commitment: Minimum 6 months commitment. University internships can be accommodated with prior notice.
Working Hours:
Flexible, in-person in Alexandra, at least 3-4 days per week.
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 1 PM or 2 PM to 6 PM (working hours may vary for special events).
Personal Attributes:
Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn.
Reliable, responsible, and proactive.
