As the company embarks on rapid expansion growth, we are looking for someone being the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness, sourcing for multiple roles ranging from junior associates to C-Suites, covering recruitment across the different regions.

Job Description

What you will do

  • Responsible for identifying suitable candidates
  • Build a robust talent pipeline for present and future hiring based on business needs
  • Source and attract active and passive candidates across Asia Pacific using different social media channels, job boards
  • Involve in talent attraction, employer branding and employee engagement activities
  • Promoting Osome as a great place to work
  • Continuously improve and look out for recruiting best practices
  • Develop a positive candidate experience by communicating timely updates and finding creative ways to optimize our interview process and internal workflows

What you will need

  • At least 1-2 years of equivalent sourcing experience in high volume environment
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing for challenging roles.
  • Ability to think out of the box and come up with creative ways to engage candidates.
  • Possess sound knowledge in various recruitment methodologies using tools and technology to identify and engage candidates
  • Experience in partnering with recruiters & hiring teams
  • Excellent communication, influencing, interpersonal and negotiation skills in dealing with all levels of people
  • Committed, meticulous, result-oriented, resourceful and self-driven/motivated
  • Ability to organise and contribute in fast-paced and diverse work environment
