We are looking for talents who are passionate in growing tech businesses and enjoy working in a fast-moving, energetic, and results-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and adaptable team player with strong communication skills to support lead generation and market research. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas and to contribute your unique perspective to drive business objectives forward.

This is an internship position that reports to the Founder, who is based in Singapore.

What to expect:

  • With direct mentorship with the Founder, you will work on marketing strategy, new client pitches, pipeline management, OtterHalf social media account management.
  • Increase sales through lead generation and market research
  • Identifying projects and initiatives that can significantly grow the business
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of managing pipeline, including preparation of presentations and materials
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
  • Required to wrap up with a show and tell on what you did, what you learned, and recommendations on how OtterHalf can improve at the end of your internship

About the candidate:

  • Aligned with our purpose that businesses have the power to contribute to a better world
  • An interest in the tech space in general
  • Good communication (verbal, prose, PowerPoint) and influencing skills
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done
  • Appetite for learning and being comfortable with uncertainty
  • Numerically inclined, with the ability to draw insights from historical data to make informed decisions
  • Experience in B2B sales or business development in a marketing agency previously is a plus

Contract Terms

  • 4-6 months full-time from Mar 2025.
  • Only applicants based in Singapore will be considered
