Outside is a one-stop HR solution for businesses to source, assess, hire and manage their casual workers. We have 3 platforms: Outside:Work on Demand for users to book and manage the shifts that they want, Outside Business Web for Clients to manage shifts, timesheets, payments and communication with the hired workers and Outside Supervisor App for businesses to easily communicate and manage their hired workers while on the ground.
We are a product-driven team comprising of fun-loving and hardworking individuals. Outside works closely with a couple of government entities (we can't name drop cause we need to go through an approval process with our partners and clients comms teams) and we are focusing most of our efforts on staffing for hospitality based businesses such as Hotels, Attractions and Events.

Responsibilities
• Carry out a wide range of business support and coordination activities for the day-to-day operations of the company.
• Support business development and project/ account management teams
• Analysing current customers demands, driving more revenue resources to the business, and increasing profits.
• Conduct market research to explore new business development opportunities & be up to date.
Qualifications
• Working Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience is a plus
• Strong interests in Business Development, Social Impact and Technology
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to thrive under uncertainty and in a fast-paced environment
• Work well with teams and willing to learn
