The Creative team at PA-TATA-TATA is a closely-knit community filled with creative individuals that are ever-ready with ideas for brands. The team covers areas including production of design collaterals to print media design, as well as, digital media design. The team is responsible for developing engaging and impactful designs that go beyond aesthetics. Championing an agile culture, the team is often seen bouncing ideas off each other while strategising.
Job Description
Reporting to the Creative Director, the Graphic Design & Creative Content Creator is responsible for supporting the team in its marketing campaigns and contributing to the creative team’s conceptualization and ideation of projects. You will be working in a fun-filled and dynamic environment, where your task involves translating practical knowledge into meaningful & impactful commercial results for your clients. Tasked with various project demands, this role requires you to think outside the box and come out with fresh and relevant ideas. Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Creative team on creative projects
- Support creative projects and propose creative directions in ideation, execution & production phases
- Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the Events & Marketing team
- Develop and manage innovative graphic designs, update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video
- Assist the Creative team with devising digital marketing campaigns
- Develop and manage innovative graphic designs and/or animations for branding, sales and marketing collaterals
- Uphold visual communication & brand standards for the company & clients
- Manage creative timelines from concept to completion
- Actively support the department's daily workflow, project workload and monitor deadlines and quality of layout, style & tone of all work produced
- Working with clients, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales
- Liaise with clients and/or vendors throughout the development process, from conceptualization to production
- Spot and predict trends important to readers and creators in categories including fashion, beauty, staycation, lifestyle, electronics, etc.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:
- Outstanding IT skills including proficiency with software such as the Adobe Creative Suite (i.e. Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign)
- Knowledge on softwares such as AfterEffects & Blender are a plus
- Knowledge on WordPress or Wix or Editor X platforms are preferred
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail along with good organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Qualifications in graphic design, art, design or other relevant fields
- Good interpersonal skills
- Innovative and creative, able to think out-of-the-box
- Avid user of social media
- Team player
- Passionate about emerging digital trends and technologies

- Currently an Undergraduate in Singapore
