PACE OD Consulting is looking for a passionate CRM & operations intern interested in working on a hybrid role, observing & assisting with maintaining the financial integrity of the business along with dynamic operations for client projects internationally.
Key Results Areas Of The CRM & Operations Intern
Customer Relationship Management
- Exposure & hands-on practice in customer care initiatives to strengthen customer relationships
- Executing CRM initiatives to ensure the implementation of our OD services beginning from contract endorsement to completion of service delivery
- Managing PACE OD schedules for training and consulting services
Operations
- Provide operations support to our team of OD consultants/facilitators
- Liaise with supplier and manage procurement functions
- Perform in-house print production for learning materials and publications
- Handle Ad Hoc reports and duties as assigned
Financial Initiatives—while the intern may not be exposed to the full set of accounts, the intern can expect to work on, and with a supervisor to prepare the following:
- Sales forecast, cashflow forecasts
- Weekly and monthly cashflow reports
- Quarterly and annual forecasts
- Recommending and sourcing for Business Support Initiatives
