Pacific Refreshments Pte Ltd (The Coca-Cola Company) is a strategic concentrate manufacturing plant in Asia. We are an export facility, specializing in the manufacturing of concentrates and beverage bases, with a complex portfolio, supporting the ASEAN, South Pacific and Southwest Asia business units. We are on a journey of growth - having completed the construction and expansion of our site towards doubling our manufacturing capacity in recent years. We have also embarked on our digital transformation journey, striving to be the Lighthouse for the Consumer Products Supply (CPS) plants in Asia and to be a leader in digital transformation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- HR Project Management to improve data & automate processes
- Employee development and HR operations management
- Insights into Coca-Cola Business and working in a lean MNC environment
- High integrity with good sense of business acumen and confidentiality to handle sensitive data
- Good understanding of IT savviness is required.
- Meticulous with data and some flair for data presentation will be ideal
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business Management or Human Resources
- Time management and prioritization
- Problem-solving & attentive to details
- Collaborative, proactive and results focused
- Good communication skills
- Good understanding of Windows 10 operation
- Good team player with positive thinking and attitude
