The Project Assistant is a key member of a team comprising a Clinical Director, Assistant Manager and other therapists staff instrumental in providing rehabilitation staffing support services to various healthcare institutions in Singapore. Secondarily, she or he will also be involved in supporting the team in the operations and marketing aspects of our line of healthcare products.
We are open to interns or part - timers who would like to engage the scope of work in the healthcare industry. Prior exposure to healthcare work experiences and admin-related duties are ideal.
Competitive market rates apply.
He/ she may be deployed to various roles depending on headcount and ground needs. Training will be provided.
Requirements:
- Prior admin experience would be ideal
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Good team player
- Able to work as part of a dynamic team

Role & Responsibilities:
a) Assist in admin support to Clinical Director, Managers & Therapists
b) Handle phone enquiries, front desk support and HR - related matters - scheduling of interviews
c) Data entry and management of documentation of human resource and payroll matters
d) Coordinate with Assistant Manager in preparing and generating monthly progress report
e) Assist the Project Lead cum Clinical Director in the preparation of marketing content for services and products
e) Support Onsite & Outreach Projects ( quarterly )
f) Manage social media post
Duration
- For internship, minimum 3 months
- For permanent part-time, able to commit minimally 12 hours a week.
