Job Description

YOUR ROLE: 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Intern to join our team for a period of 3 to 6 months. 

This role is ideal for a self-driven individual looking to gain valuable experience in sales administration and operations.

The Sales Intern will support the sales team by managing our SharePoint repository and assisting with various administrative tasks.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Manage and maintain the Sales Repository, including platforms such as HubSpot and SharePoint for Statements of Work (SOWs), contracts, and pre-sales decks. 

Assist in the preparation, organisation, and maintenance of sales documents and presentations. 

Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks and operations, including account sector maintenance and gathering necessary information from other departments. 

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new accounts and leads for business development. 

Assist with the development of outreach campaigns, social media content, and proposal development. Provide analysis, create reports, and build dashboards to deliver insights to the sales team.

WHO YOU ARE: 

Excellent written and spoken English skills. 

Meticulous and detail-oriented, with strong organisational abilities. 

Self-driven, resourceful, and able to work independently and as part of a team. 

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with sales platforms such as HubSpot is an advantage. 

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 

Experience with data extraction, manipulation, and market research is preferred. A background in data analytics and statistics would be advantageous.
