Based at Corporate Office, the Brands Intern is an integral member of the Corporate Brands team helping to ensure that the integrity of the Pan Pacific, PARKROYAL COLLECTION and PARKROYAL brands is upheld at all times.  The Brands Intern will provide support and assistance to the Director of Brands in a number of key areas that will help strengthen, align and in some instances reposition, our brands and their identities.

Job Description
  • The Brands Intern is an integral member of the Corporate Brands team helping to ensure that the integrity of the Pan Pacific, PARKROYAL COLLECTION and PARKROYAL brands is upheld at all times. The Brands Intern will provide support and assistance to the Director of Brands in a number of key areas that will help strengthen, align and in some instances reposition, our brands and their identities.
  • Acts as “Brand Champion” within the organisation by helping to ensure that brand standards and brand guidelines are adhered to at a corporate and property level across all three brands. This will entail monitoring marketing, branding collateral and promotional campaigns and programmes to ensure the correct use of logos, colours and brand images.
  • Work closely with the appointed agency/vendor to coordinate on the production of Point of Sale material as and when required. This requires sourcing for suitable images from the asset management system and overseeing the production and final delivery of the material.
  • Work closely with the Director Brands in creation of content for the website and marketing collateral.
  • Work closely with the Brands team to ensure that all consumer-facing communication pieces developed by our hotels and serviced suites adhere to brand standards and advertising guidelines.
  • Assist in admin duties such as raising of PR and liaising with vendors.
