Based in Singapore Corporate Office, we are looking for a passionate and energetic individual to join us as Revenue Intern.

Job Description

The intern’s primary role is to provide support to the Corporate Revenue Performance team in project management needs, reporting and analysis. Incumbent will expect to gain deeper understanding in the revenue and d istribution landscape of Pan Pacific Hotels Group (PPHG), learn the intricacies of implementing a business intelligence tool and the corporate functions of a revenue management team.

  • Provide support to the Catering & Events Revenue Management Project.
  • Provide support to an ongoing Business Intelligence Project.
  • Keep track, update progress, and facilitate work tasks for the ongoing Project.
  • Assist in writing Standard Operating Procedures for related processes.
  • Prepare necessary daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports.
  • Maintain existing revenue management templates and toolkit
  • Provide analytical and excel support for corporate revenue team
  • Assist in Market Research for revenue management related initiatives as needed.
  • Provide support to hotel property team and coordinate Revenue Commercial Trainings.
  • Provide support to the Revenue Digitalisation Project and Initiatives.
  • Support Ad hoc reporting when requested.

The Person:

  • Advance user of MS office, primarily Excel (Pivot Table) and Powerpoint
  • Analytical mind set and good with numbers
  • Takes initiative to follow-up on tasks
  • Self-motivated, curious to explore and eager to learn
