The HR Administrator will be responsible for all administrative tasks in the Human Capital and Development team. The tasks include:
- Arrangement for interviews
- Printing of onboarding doc i.e. Contract, Employee handbook, Benefit Schedules etc.
- Arranging for medical appointments (For work pass renewals)
- Printing/replacement of nametags and service pins for new hires/existing staff
- Printing/replacement of Associate card (Staff Pass)
- Arrange collection of uniforms for new hires
- Allocation of locker
- Personal File (P-File) filing
- Data Entry into Times Software
- Weekly submission and administering of Associates Privileges Cards
- Invoices checking (Raffles Medical, Medical Practice etc)
- Preparation of Birthday cards, letters and envelope
- Arranging for hampers/wreaths
- First aid supplies stock check
- Zoo Card administrative
- Ad hoc project: Changing of new ID card & new name tags, Locker check
