Job Description

Logistics Operations

  • - Ensure daily orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • - Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
  • - Pick and pack orders received from e-commerce platforms 
  • - Prepare goods, price tags for items sold through retail- wholesale channel
  • - Conduct periodic stock take and inventory updates
  • - Evaluate order fulfilment rate and reorder levels 
  • - Perform space maximisation audits and inventory quality - age analysis
  • - Perform physical activities such as loading, unloading and sorting of goods 

E-Commerce & Wholesale

  • - Create, edit and maintain product data file for incoming shipments and reorders 
  • - Upload product visuals and perform SEO edits for products listed online
  • - Followup on customer service issues related to returns, exchanges and refunds
  • - Update E-Commerce Seller's Platforms on tasks related to shipping, deliveries, invoicing and returns

 

Our Logistics & Operations Intern will gain valuable experience, deep understanding and skills in the following areas 

  • - Management of in-bound , out-bound shipment 
  • - Coordination and scheduling of order delivery and returns 
  • - Management of E-Commerce order fulfilment process and customer service recovery 
  • - Use of Inventory management software for retail inventory, e-commerce inventory and wholesale inventory 
  • - Understanding of supply chain processes 
  • - Management of warehouse 
  • - Competent Use of E-Commerce Seller's platforms 
  • - Skills in SEO, Sales & Marketing across various retail-wholesale channels

 

Hands-on training will be offered

1. Training in Vendor / Seller Platforms - Lazada , Shopee , Amazon, Zalora

Gain hands-on experience and learn how to process orders accurately, manage and track shipping , perform refunds-exchanges, create-upload and maintain product files. Use marketing and business insight tools. 

2. Training in Wholesale - Stockist Operations 

Gain experience with wholesale process. Candidate will also be trained in the use of accounting software to prepare delivery orders, quotations and invoices

3. Training in Inventory Management 

Learn to manage inventory held in several locations. Use software integrated for wholesale - retail - e-commerce. Intern will learn to update, transfer inventory and conduct stock count.

4. Training in warehouse management
