Responsibilities
Produce high-quality, engaging, original marketing content that can be used for cross-platform marketing and impact user growth and sales conversion
Reviewing, editing, and updating content for Starboard original blogs, research reports, marketing slide decks, and product user guides
Help ensure a good user interface by providing user-friendly, consistent UI texts and terminology in English and Chinese
Establishing a glossary system that allows the product and engineering team to have a unified comparison system of terminology terms.
Drive effective and creative marketing campaigns, working cross-functionally with design, content, product, and other teams
Requirements
Demonstrate the ability to write captivating content; a strong grasp of grammar and attention to detail is required
Understand the latest PowerPoint trends and designs and can add visuals, charts, and graphics to create presentations that capture the audience’s attention
Demonstrate strong interests in tech industries (preferably in blockchain or fintech), understand common terminologies, and have the experience and ability to write content with technical elements
Highly organized and comfortable working across time zones and multiple projects
A basic understanding of public relations in general
