Job Responsibilities
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, and various stakeholders
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Receiving of goods;
- Ensure all goods are issued and received are thoroughly checked to ensure the quantity and quality are as ordered.
- Ensure that food safety hazards are minimized when receiving food items.
- Ensure procedures of receiving and signing of deliveries are adhered.
- Managing orders and assisting production team to process orders
- Communicate with suppliers if there’s matters regarding delay delivery or even returns of incorrect/unsatisfactory items, etc.
- Ensure timely and accurate month end inventory reporting
- Troubleshooting of inventory variances
- Maintain adequate stock level for daily production at warehouse.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Min. GCE 'N'/'O' Level.
- Min. 1-2 years of related work experience in administrative or receiving, preferably in similar industry.
- Able to communicate well in both verbal and written.
- Able to work independently and multi-task.
- Have knowledge of office administration procedures and Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience in ERP systems will be an advantage.
- Able to work on weekend and public holidays.
- Comfortable to work in a central kitchen environment.
- Able to commit for 6 months and able to start in immediately.
