Scope:
- Provide end user technical support
- Assist with IT infrastructure/ application projects rollout
- Proactively manage and follow up with IT projects
- Assist in reviewing and recommending process/ policy changes
- Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders to align project deliverables
Interns should expect to gain knowledge and experience in:
- Experience of working as part of a team in a large organization, spanning 15+ properties in more than 9 countries
- Hands-on experience with various system administration/ business application support
- Project management skills
- Application of technology in a business context
Requirements:
- Foundation knowledge on basic IT systems, networks, applications in pursuit of a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- Ability to work well within a team environment with an interest in deepening knowledge of whole-of-business technologies and business applications
- Good verbal and written communication skills
