Job Responsibilities
• Support in end-to-end administration of training programs
• Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of training programs
• Assist in planning and execution of training programs
• Maintain and update training resources on the intranet and training catalogue
• Assist in the development and preparation of content materials (pre and post training materials)
• Keep abreast of new e-learning approaches/techniques/offerings to improve the quality of our delivery methods and resources.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Director
