- To assist in the delivery of core training programmes
- To develop or customize specific programmes targeting at development of staff service standards and effectiveness, professional images, knowledge and skills, as well interpersonal skills
- To work with external experts to plan and develop specific training and development programmes for enhancement of overall team effectiveness and professionalism of the workforce.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing Bachelor or Diploma in Human Resource or related field
- Has a keen interest in pursuing a career in Learning and Development or is passionate about promoting a culture of continuous learning
- Has experience in organising programs or large-scale activities
- Available for at least a 3-month full-time internship
- Self-motivated, proactive, meticulous and resourceful
