Partior – Customer Success Representative (Fintech)

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who has relevant fintech background in the position below :

Duties:

•  Develops standard templates project management materials and customer implementation/onboarding
•  Creates process, specifications, diagrams, and charts to ease internal and external training.
•  Develops and conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.

Skills/Experience:

• Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis 
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills 
• Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail 
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (have used applications or taken course(s) to learn create Excel spreadsheets and perform analysis and calculations, Office documents, PowerPoint presentations, JIRA/confluence
