We Are Looking For:
A dedicated, results-driven individual who excels at seeing projects through to completion. If you’re passionate about taking ownership, exploring new strategies, and achieving measurable results, this role is for you. You’ll gain exposure to the marketing and media landscape while developing a diverse set of skills that will enhance your industry expertise.
Your Day-to-Day:
As the main point of contact for all influencer communications, your role is crucial in ensuring smooth and successful campaigns. You will be:
- Building strong relationships with influencers, keeping them engaged throughout their campaigns
- Monitoring and tracking influencer posts to ensure they meet agreed-upon deliverables, maintaining quality and consistency across content
- Generating comprehensive reports for clients, analyzing campaign performance, and benchmarking results against industry standards for actionable insights
- Assisting clients in understanding campaign performance through clear, data-driven insights and recommendations for future improvements
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective execution of all campaign elements
- Staying informed on influencer trends and industry developments, offering fresh perspectives and strategic input
To succeed in this role:
- Must be highly detail oriented and organised
- Must be comfortable with looking at numbers and ideally have strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, the capacity to work independently while being able to work under pressure.
