Company Profile
We are an e-commerce online store retailing lifestyle and beauty/fashion product. We are recently expanding our operations and social media presence and hence we are actively looking for suitable candidates to join us as an intern and/or a full-time employee.
We will be able to train the candidate in e-commerce management, image editing, and also video editing.
Flexible work schedule can be arranged upon request.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing of orders of our customers whether B2B or B2C
- Listing new products on online platforms
- Develop good understanding of the product range and company brand
- Manage the online store in terms of new product uploads, pricing, descriptions, inventory and order fulfilment
- Collaborating and coordinating our last mile deliveries with our 3rd party couriers
- Inventory management of new products
- Provide administrative support and general duties.
- Learn and use various types of software for digital marketing and creating digital collaterals
- On the job training is provided
Ideal Candidate
Skills:
- Good organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- familiarity with social media tools such as tiktok, instagram, linkedin and image processing tools
- Experience within Startup Experience, would be a strong advantage.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- A good aesthetic sense is a plus.
