Job Description
We are looking for a young, enthusiastic individual to join our team as Operations Intern in Singapore. If you care about efficient work processes and getting things done, this could be the right role for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide vendors technical support and training to use the system efficiently
- Upload and manage vendor data
- Organise and maintain an inventory of class bookings
- Incorporate changes in class schedules
- Update information in the system ensuring quality information gets uploaded
- Write and track reports to assess performance
- Ensure quality data management and resolve data issues
- Evaluate processes for inefficiencies and improvements
- Identify root causes of problems and recommend appropriate solutions
- Engage with multiple stakeholders to ensure workflow is in line with requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Passionate, meticulous worker with can-do attitude
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Excellent organisation and multitasking skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to get up to speed quickly
