Job Description
- Weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare dough
- Adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking
- Mix various ingredients to create fillings (e.g. chocolate ganache, caramel and fruits)
- Shape dough to prepare different types of pastries, including croissants, brioche etc
- Assist Head Baker on day to day mise en place
