Job Description
  • Weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare dough
  • Adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking
  • Mix various ingredients to create fillings (e.g. chocolate ganache, caramel and fruits)
  • Shape dough to prepare different types of pastries, including croissants, brioche etc
  • Assist Head Baker on day to day mise en place
