Job Description
  • Assist head baker to prepare and bake all items according top the standards of the company.
  • Prepare daily mis en place
  • Check stock of baked goods, as well as raw ingredients
  • Ensure cleanliness of station
  • Assist in other duties as and when required

Requirements:

  • Willingness to learn
  • Culinary school/kitchen background preferred
  • WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate (Not necessary but preferred)
  • Able to work in a team and independently
  • Able to start work early (5-7am)
