Job Description
- Assist head baker to prepare and bake all items according top the standards of the company.
- Prepare daily mis en place
- Check stock of baked goods, as well as raw ingredients
- Ensure cleanliness of station
- Assist in other duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Willingness to learn
- Culinary school/kitchen background preferred
- WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate (Not necessary but preferred)
- Able to work in a team and independently
- Able to start work early (5-7am)
